
I’m Vanessa — a Personal Trainer, Sports Massage Therapist specialising in weight loss and body fat transformation, helping men and women build strong, confident and sustainable physiques. My philosophy is simple: show up for yourself every day. My journey began with my own transformation; after years of putting everything and everyone else first, I made the decision to prioritise my health and lost 5 stone in 8 months, rebuilding not only my body but my confidence, discipline and self-respect.
For over three years I have maintained my results through consistent strength training, daily meditation and a balanced lifestyle, and that lived experience shapes the way I coach today. Having worked with over 100 men and women, I focus on creating toned, strong physiques while supporting performance and recovery through sports massage. I don’t believe in extremes or quick fixes — I believe in structure, strength and sustainable standards that elevate how you look, feel and carry yourself. This isn’t just about training; it’s about becoming the person who keeps the promises they make to themselves.
